Job Description And Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior PMO / Integration Manager to lead the integration of a global data transformation program. The role connects all workstreams (regional and functional) into one end-to-end delivery view, ensuring alignment across business, IT, and vendors. Working closely with the Business Program Lead, you will drive coordination, governance, and transparency across a complex, multi-team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate all program workstreams into a single, cohesive delivery plan
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and interfaces
  • Drive integrated planning across business, IT, and external vendors
  • Ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and delivery approach
  • Provide clear, consistent status, risk, and progress reporting
  • Facilitate collaboration across regional and functional teams
  • Support governance, decision-making, and escalation processes
  • Partner with PMO team (Fusion PMO Lead & Operational PMO) to ensure accurate tracking (Jira/Confluence)

Qualifications

 

  • 12+ years in program management / PMO / integration roles
  • Experience in large, global, multi-workstream programs
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
  • Proven ability to manage dependencies and complex delivery landscapes
  • Experience in data, analytics, or IT transformation programs (preferred)
  • Familiar with Agile or hybrid delivery models
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Degree in Business, IT, or related field (PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus)
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluent English and German (preferred)
