Job Description And Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior PMO / Integration Manager to lead the integration of a global data transformation program. The role connects all workstreams (regional and functional) into one end-to-end delivery view, ensuring alignment across business, IT, and vendors. Working closely with the Business Program Lead, you will drive coordination, governance, and transparency across a complex, multi-team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate all program workstreams into a single, cohesive delivery plan
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and interfaces
- Drive integrated planning across business, IT, and external vendors
- Ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and delivery approach
- Provide clear, consistent status, risk, and progress reporting
- Facilitate collaboration across regional and functional teams
- Support governance, decision-making, and escalation processes
- Partner with PMO team (Fusion PMO Lead & Operational PMO) to ensure accurate tracking (Jira/Confluence)

Qualifications
- 12+ years in program management / PMO / integration roles
- Experience in large, global, multi-workstream programs
- Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
- Proven ability to manage dependencies and complex delivery landscapes
- Experience in data, analytics, or IT transformation programs (preferred)
- Familiar with Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Degree in Business, IT, or related field (PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus)
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent English and German (preferred)
