Job Description And Responsibilities
We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking IT Project Manager to support projects focused on SAP logistics interfaces and lab automation infrastructure within a pharmaceutical environment in China. The role combines interface delivery (SAP logistics) with IT infrastructure and security coordination for a new R&D / Lab Automation setup, requiring strong collaboration between local teams and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of SAP logistics interface projects (e.g., integration with warehouse, lab, or planning systems)
- Support implementation of lab automation infrastructure, including IT and security aspects
- Coordinate between local China teams and global IT / business stakeholders
- Oversee system integration, testing, and deployment activities
- Ensure alignment with IT security policies and infrastructure standards
- Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate communication across vendors, IT, and business teams

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in IT Project Management
- Experience with SAP logistics (MM, WM, EWM, or SD) and system interfaces
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and security basics (networks, access, integration)
- Experience working with lab automation or R&D environments
- Proficiency in pharmaceutical environments (GxP)
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Fluent Mandarin and English (mandatory)
- Ability to work in a multicultural, global environment
