This edition shines a spotlight on Jen Pearson, a Managing Consultant based in Spain.
Jen is part of our Project Management practice and focuses on supporting global transformation programs in the life sciences industry. Drawing on her experience in complex environments, she helps clients navigate large-scale change and ensures that projects stay aligned with strategic objectives.
Currently, Jen is working on a global system rollout for a pharmaceutical client. In this role, she collaborates closely with stakeholders and project teams across regions, keeping delivery on track and fostering the coordination needed to successfully implement the solution at scale.
One of the aspects Jen values most about working at Fusion is the strong focus on development.
