Roberto Busin joined Fusion Consulting as a Member of the Global Management Team heading Global Markets and Services. Roberto has more than twenty years of consulting experience with a strong focus in Life Sciences, Automotive, and Manufacturing. He covered various leadership roles in global management consultant’s companies such as Accenture, PwC, IBM. Before joining Fusion Consulting, he was co-responsible for the European Business of Infosys Consulting and headed the Life Science unit in Europe. Roberto acted as Board Member of the Global Holding of Infosys Consulting and Managing Director for Switzerland. Roberto is a member of the Advisory Council of Emerald Technology Ventures.

At ABeam Consulting Europe he was Strategy and Operations Manager as well as Senior Executive Manager. During his time at Lodestone Management Consultants as Director of Business Development for Germany and Austria, René Marcel Schretzmann handled the account management for over 150 consultants with clients like Linde AG and Honeywell and an annual turnover of over €15 million. His experience in the fields of digital transformation and IT strategy is reflected in the successful founding of Cloud & Heat GmbH and his current position. Not to mention his extraordinary skills in Program and Liaison Management, enabling our clients to successfully maneuver through large scale programs.

Philipp Haymann was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors in 2023. In this role, he focuses on legal and corporate matters. Philipp is a partner at a renowned international commercial law firm in Zurich, where he heads the employment department and further focuses on commercial disputes. He has been working as an attorney for more than 12 years, representing domestic and international clients from various industries. Philipp is a member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Associations and is also an active member of various international associations.

Tony Bochmann serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) with more than 12 years of experience in Consulting, Business Development and Marketing. He joined Fusion Consulting in 2016 during the integration of Kernaussagen GmbH, where he was responsible for Business Development and an authorized signatory. Since joining Fusion Consulting, Tony has developed a strong focus on PMO services and set-up the PMO Service practice at Fusion Consulting. He currently acts as Central Program PMO for an international pharmaceutical research client, serving in the migration of the existing ERP system “GBS” to SAP S/4HANA in various projects in EMEA, AMERICAS and APAC. He strives to deliver value to our clients contributing as much as possible to them reaching their strategic and operational goals. Tony’s focus as the COO within the company is to promote and develop people and processes.

Fares Zaier joined Fusion in 2023 as a Senior Executive in the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and is also a Member of the Global Management Board. He focuses on corporate development and growth and expanding business.
With 25 years of industry experience, Fares has an extensive background in business and IT transformation, with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector.
Fares, who has held leading positions at renowned tech and consulting companies across Europe such as IBM and Infosys, has successfully driven business in both Europe and the Middle East.
Prior to joining Fusion Consulting, he served as Vice President and Country Head for Germany & Austria at Tech Mahindra.

Over the past ten years he gained his consulting experience primarily in the pharmaceutical and related industry serving tier 1 clients regarding international projects in ERP, MDM/MDG and S/4 Hana with a strong focus on data management, project- and account management. He served at Lodestone and multiple other renowned consulting companies. Before his consulting career, Florian, who holds a master’s degree in Science Technical Management and Management & Logistics from Heilbronn Polytech University, worked as an engineer in machine construction. People development and relationship building are his passion, always aiming for a long-term partnership as the foundation for successful collaboration.

He joined Fusion Consulting as Managing Director and is responsible for leading the Europe-Middle East-India region (EMEA) as well as leading global Business Transformation Programs and projects on both the IT and business sides. Arda Anil is known for his solution-oriented approach and “can do” mentality. As a team player and team leader, he believes that only a strong team that grows well together achieves the best results.

Matt Waterfield is a senior program director with over 20 years of experience in successfully leading complex implementation and development projects. Most recently, Matt has lead the delivery of a number of global deployments and joint venture integrations in the pharmaceutical industry, most notably at GSK, Novartis and Pfizer. He fulfilled a number of roles at SAP UK, including Principal Consultant, Solution Architect and Program Manager and lead in the development of an SAP Industry Solution for Public Sector. As a Partner and Member of the Global Executive Management Team at Fusion Consulting, Matt’s focus is on ensuring the successful delivery of a number of programs across different accounts whilst also leading in the growth and continuous improvement of the company.

Ethan Cheah brings over 17 years of experience in business consulting and SAP, having worked in various countries and industries.
