Job Description And Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Testing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Testing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by overseeing and coordinating testing activities across multiple projects.
- Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple SAP implementation projects.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality and compliance.
- Utilize test management tools such as TestRail, JIRA, ALM, and others to track and report defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure adherence to testing methodologies and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test results and quality metrics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Proven experience with SAP Finance, Materials Management, and/or Plant Maintenance modules.
- Proficiency in test management tools such as TestRail, JIRA, and ALM.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- ISTQB certification preferred.
- Familiarity with both manual and automated testing techniques.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
