Job Description And Responsibilities
- Lead complex IT projects for quality management systems and laboratory information management systems (LIMS) in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define scope and requirements
- Implement and oversee IT systems supporting GxP compliance, conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
- Manage vendor relationships, ensure adherence to service level agreements, and identify process improvement opportunities
- Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Prepare project status reports for senior management and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the pharmaceutical sector

Qualifications
- PMP certification required; 7+ years of IT project management experience, with 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and experience with quality management systems and LIMS
- In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (GxP, FDA, EMA) and proven track record of delivering complex IT projects in a pharmaceutical environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in project management software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
