Job Description And Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead multiple infrastructure and identity modernization initiatives in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end infrastructure project delivery across identity, DDI, and network workstreams
  • Define design, migration, and transition strategy
  • Coordinate internal IT, security, workplace, and site stakeholders
  • Manage vendors and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with IT security, governance, and pharma regulatory standards
  • Drive risk mitigation, dependency management, and change control
  • Prepare steering committee updates and executive reporting
  • Support knowledge transfer

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in IT Infrastructure Project Management
  • Active Directory & IAM/IGA concepts
  • DNS, DHCP, IPAM (Bluecat preferred)
  • Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Firewalls, SD-WAN, Switching)
  • Experience in regulated industries (Pharma preferred)
  • Proven experience in M&A/site integration or infrastructure uplift
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • GxP knowledge within the pharmaceutical environment required
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification
  • Fluent in English
