Job Description And Responsibilities

We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant for transformation projects with following key responsibilities: 

  • OCM Strategy: Apply the global OCM strategy tailored for the project, aligned with client executives. 
  • Change Management and Communication: Execute Change Management and Communication activities according to plan.
  • Change Impact Assessment: Assess and manage changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Analyze and engage stakeholders according to their needs and project timeline.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report Change Management activities, including readiness assessments. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with all project members.

Qualifications

Qualifications

At least 5+ years of experience in Change Management, ideally within IT projects.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Capable of simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office; video editing skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as project demands require (approximately 1-2 times per month for 3-4 days).
