Job Description And Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Recruiter & General Administrator with experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and administrative coordination to support our dynamic life sciences consulting environment.
- Lead recruitment processes for Japan and APAC-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to align hiring strategies and ensure seamless candidate experience.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Fusion standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR documentation, contracts, and reporting.
- Coordinate internal workshops, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support general administrative tasks including scheduling, travel coordination, and office logistics.
- Act as a liaison between local employees and global support functions (HR, Finance, IT).
- Assist with local compliance, benefits administration, and vendor coordination.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR and operational processes in Japan.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and candidate management.
- Familiarity with HR systems (Smart Recruiter) and labor regulations in Japan.
- Native Japanese and fluent English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.
