Job Description And Responsibilities

Purpose of the Role

Support Fusion’s internal development in Project & Program Management, PMO methodology, Data/AI topics, and strategy work. The role is non-client-facing and focused on internal frameworks, reporting, and capability building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support internal PMO/Project Management activities (reporting, dashboards, process documentation).

  • Co-develop and maintain internal toolkits, playbooks, and knowledge materials.

  • Research & analyze strategic topics (AI, Data, PM/PMO transformation) and prepare management summaries.

  • Collaborate with mentors/practice leads on internal improvement initiatives and presentations.

  • Participate in team meetings/workshops; prepare a final presentation of results & recommendations.

Key Learning Areas

  • PMO frameworks & lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, PMaaS).

  • Integration of Data/AI in project & portfolio management.

  • Internal governance, steering & reporting structures.

  • Strategic & operational enablement in a consulting context.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s student (Business, IT, Engineering or related).

  • Strong analytical, organizational & communication skills.

  • Good MS Office skills; Power BI (or similar) a plus.

  • Proactive, curious, structured; excellent English (German beneficial).
