Job Description And Responsibilities
Purpose of the Role
Support Fusion’s internal development in Project & Program Management, PMO methodology, Data/AI topics, and strategy work. The role is non-client-facing and focused on internal frameworks, reporting, and capability building.
Key Responsibilities
Support internal PMO/Project Management activities (reporting, dashboards, process documentation).
Co-develop and maintain internal toolkits, playbooks, and knowledge materials.
Research & analyze strategic topics (AI, Data, PM/PMO transformation) and prepare management summaries.
Collaborate with mentors/practice leads on internal improvement initiatives and presentations.
Participate in team meetings/workshops; prepare a final presentation of results & recommendations.
Key Learning Areas
PMO frameworks & lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, PMaaS).
Integration of Data/AI in project & portfolio management.
Internal governance, steering & reporting structures.
Strategic & operational enablement in a consulting context.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s student (Business, IT, Engineering or related).
Strong analytical, organizational & communication skills.
Good MS Office skills; Power BI (or similar) a plus.
Proactive, curious, structured; excellent English (German beneficial).
