Job Description And Responsibilities

We are seeking a Business Integration Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional integration efforts within strategic projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and delivering integrated business solutions aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate integration sessions across project streams.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration between cross-functional teams by organizing meetings, tracking follow-ups, and defining clear deliverables.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of integrated solutions (cross-module and process integration) throughout all project phases, in line with strategic plans.
  • Support the resolution of cross-process issues and manage escalations effectively.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to key stakeholders.
  • Govern and coordinate end-to-end (E2E) business scenarios to ensure consistency and completeness.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience working with SAP
  • Proven experience with cross-functional integration in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and scenario management.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in logistics-related modules.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a must.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluency in English, German is a nice to have
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
