Job Description And Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced SAP Quality Management Consultant to support SAP QM activities within an international pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP QM solutions.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP Quality Management processes.
- Support quality processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand quality-related requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support SAP QM integration with other SAP modules, particularly MM, PP, WM/EWM, and SD.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical development teams when required.
- Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Support system implementation, enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Prepare process documentation, configuration documentation, and user training materials.
- Ensure that SAP QM processes comply with pharmaceutical quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work effectively with international and cross-functional project teams.

Qualifications
- Approximately 5–6 years of professional experience as an SAP QM Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management configuration and business processes.
- Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
- Understanding of regulated quality environments and pharmaceutical business processes.
- Experience with SAP QM integration with other SAP modules.
- Ability to analyse business requirements and convert them into functional SAP solutions.
- Experience preparing functional documentation and supporting testing activities.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international stakeholders.
- Fluent English skills is required.
- You should be based in Brazil or Argentina.
