Job Description And Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to join our dynamic team in a S/4HANA Project. As a key member you will lead and oversee the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and migrations
  • Lead cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP S/4HANA modules to meet client needs
  • Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and conduct regular meetings with team members and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, best practices, and SAP methodologies
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 20+ years of experience in SAP
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on S/4HANA implementations
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, business processes, and industry best practices
  • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
  • SAP S/4HANA certification preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of successful SAP S/4HANA implementations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English is required
