Job Description And Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Consultant with strong functional expertise to support a life sciences digital transformation initiative. This role focuses on master data governance, intercompany processes, and business partner configuration within a collaborative, agile environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Serve as the functional expert for SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), with a focus on Business Partner and Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI).
  • Configure and support MDG Business Partner workflows and data models.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure high-quality data governance practices.
  • Support intercompany master data processes and align them with procurement and integration requirements.
  • Utilize SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN) for documentation and process tracking.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence for collaboration, tracking, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • 10–12+ years of IT experience, with significant focus on SAP master data in a functional role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP MDG Business Partner and CVI configuration.
  • Solid understanding of intercompany and procurement-related processes.
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN).
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with system integration and data flow across SAP and non-SAP platforms is a plus.
  • Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
