Job Description And Responsibilities

We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant for transformation projects with following key responsibilities:

  • OCM Strategy: Apply the global OCM strategy tailored for the project, aligned with client executives.
  • Change Management and Communication: Execute Change Management and Communication activities according to plan, e.g. communication flow and cycle; kick-off and townhall orchestration.
  • Change Impact Assessment: Assess and manage changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Analyze and engage stakeholders according to their needs and project timeline. Own the Stakeholder matrix and analysis. Coordinate of local leadership.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report Change Management activities, including readiness assessments. Document the change impact and the consequences for training, testing, hyper care.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with all internal and external project members.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Change Management, ideally within IT / SAP projects
  • Proven experience in Consulting/Change Management/IT SAP ERP implementation
  • Proven experience in a team leadership or managing consultant role
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, coordination and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with an international, diverse and global team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English.
  • Capable of simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office; video editing skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience working in regulated industries, preferably life sciences, pharmaceutics, chemicals, health, food or consulting industry
