Job Description And Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to act as the internal lead for a global IT & OT transformation program, focusing on Windows 11 deployment and application standardization. This is a strategic delivery oversight role, managing a third-party vendor responsible for executing a fixed-price Statement of Work (SoW).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the internal oversight of a vendor-led rollout of Windows 11 and application deployment across IT and OT
Ensure delivery aligns with scope, quality standards, regulatory compliance (e.g., GMP), and security benchmarks (e.g., CIS Level 1)
Track milestones, manage dependencies, and drive issue resolution
Facilitate decisions across IT, OT, QA, and Security
Build and maintain a performance-driven relationship with the vendor
Coordinate Steering Committee reporting, governance, and BAU handover planning
Drive clear communication, reporting, and cross-functional alignment
Ensure effective knowledge transfer and project documentation

Qualifications
Requirements:
10+ years of experience managing large-scale global programs, particularly with external vendors
Expertise in vendor oversight, fixed-price engagements, and third-party delivery
Strong grounding in infrastructure and cybersecurity concepts
Skilled in managing diverse stakeholders across technical, operational, and compliance domains
Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Deep knowledge of project governance, change control, and delivery methodologies
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, manufacturing, critical infrastructure)
Familiarity with GxP, GMP, ISO/NIST compliance environments
Exposure to modern workplace or endpoint security transformation programs
