Expanding Our Leadership Presence in APAC: Welcoming Mario Harms as Director, Japan

A new chapter in our APAC leadership journey begins with the appointment of Mario Harms as Director, Japan. 

Mario joins our accomplished APAC leadership team, working with Ethan Cheah (Regional Lead for Singapore, Malaysia, and Governance) and Sophie Xu (partnering with Mario to lead across Japan and China). With this extended team, we are confident in our continued growth, stronger collaboration, and achieving new successes across the Asia Pacific region. 

Bringing a distinctive blend of experience bridging “the West” and Japan, Mario has dedicated his education and career to fostering collaboration among these regions. His background in IT and strategy consulting, which includes leadership roles with top global firms, DAX40 companies (Germany’s largest), and leading Japanese corporations, provides rare insight for managing the challenges of international business and developing efficient, sustainable solutions. 

Mario’s leadership will be pivotal as our project pipeline in Japan expands. He will help grow our APAC team, develop new talent, and support business opportunities region-wide.
